Suggest Treatment For Prolapsed Uterus

I just used the bathroom and noticed something protruding from my vagina. I did a google image searched, and it resembles what looks like a prolapsed uterus. This is first time I have noticed this. I noticed for the past few weeks, from time to time when I sit down it feels as though there is a ball inside the right cheek of my buttocks. I am in no pain, and would not have noticed anything. I thought it was hemoroids at first.
