Suggest Treatment For Prolonged And Heavy Bleeding

Iam 49 yrs old, and my period is irregular, does bleeding for long time. Its heavy bleeding this time. I went through dr and out patient surgery. they took all test. All results negative. I visit Dr; and she prescribe Minastrin 24 FE and Medroxyprogesterone. I effect for some time. Than comes out the same bleeding. I am worry too much of blood loss and sickness. Can you please guide me ???
