Suggest Treatment For Prolonged Menstrual Bleeding

hi i had my menstruation last May 3 then i had again May 20 then the doctor prescribed me duphaston 2x a day for 30 days and until now i have spotting which is reddish in color then sometimes dark brown in discharge. is this normal that i have menstrual bleeding for this long time? i already taken duphaston for 8 days now.

Is there any history of sexual contact? You could be miscarrying. I would advise for an ultrasound abdomen.
