Suggest Treatment For Prolonged Menstrual Bleeding

I have been bleeding for two months,my doctore has put me on a birth control pil that has hormones in it, For the past couple days my bleeding has increased with clotting and i have been sweating alot, i am very hot but my body temperture is normal, I feel just awful
