Suggest Treatment For Prolonged Menstrual Flow With Double Uterus

Hello, my name is Juliana and I have a double uterus. I been know to have extremely long periods almost lasting 35 days, i was treated with Zovia 1/35 E for 6 months and some months i had my periods and some i didn't. At the moment I been bleeding for 14 days and sometimes is just like water not exactly blood. Can you please tell suggest me something. I font feel bad or anything maybe a little sleepy but that's it.
