Suggest Treatment For Prolonged Menstrual Period And Pelvic Pain

i had my menstrual cycle on July 21st and thought it was over after 5 days. I have had bright red blood on toilet paper after my 5 day cycle. It has been every time I use the bathroom but no need for a pad. The blood goes back and forth from bright red to dark brown. I am not pregnant. Pelvic pain is also bad.
