OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Irregular and heavy periods can be due to hormonal disturbances or local lesions in cervix or vagina including cervical cancer, or due to uterine pathology.
I would suggest you to consult an OBGYN specialist to get properly examined, investigated including pap smear, hormonal profile, endometrial biopsy and ultrasound and get appropriate treatment.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
