Suggest Treatment For Prolonged Menstruation

Hi Im 23. my mensuration started after 2months of before one. first three days bleeding was very low and it is increasing gradually day by day. today is 13th day and its still bleeding. please help me. i am feeling some itching sensation in my fingers(leg). is that also because of that?
