Suggest Treatment For Prolonged Mestruation

hello! i am 26 years old and a mother of two children , i hav been having periods since age 14, but the period last 4 about 8 to 20 days never less since the start, consulted many doctors but no help, doctor has asked to avoid sex with my husband, its hampering my marital life .what can you suggest!
