Suggest Treatment For Prolonged Period With Soreness In Stomach

Hi Doc, I am an 28 yr old women. I have anemic and have been having my period for passed 3weeks now, its not too heavy but i feel drained and tired all the time how do i make it stop? also lately the inside of my tummy is sore feels like acid but when i drink milk doesnt help. please help.
