Suggest Treatment For Prolonged Period With Thickened Endometrium

i am anandhi from india , i have menturation period for more than 27 days,today i went to doctor and she prescribed USG Pelvis scan , the report say that the imprssion 1.thickened endometrium,2.left side hemorrhagic ovarian cyst. before the scan doctor recomended to go for DNC ,but now it is needed as per the report or not please reply me i am confused ,i am 30 years old ,female
