Suggest Treatment For Prolonged Periods And Hair Loss

I am Hema 27 years old recently got married, before marraige i have a irregular periods. I took doctor advice i reduce my weight to 70 kg's to 63 kg know i am getting my periods monthly but to stop that i am taking meprate tablet. Doctor i donot want to depend on the tablets. Is any solution. I am loosing my hair it's getting Thinner and thineer.
