Suggest Treatment For Prolonged Vaginal Bleeding After Miscarriage

i had a miscarridge a month ago and im still bleeding now it looks more like gunk with blood. i dont dare move as im scared . doctor has given me norethisterone 3 days ago and bleeding still hasnt stopped. ive been tested for infection and they came back fine but i was given antibotics neways. im so scarred im going to die or something and i feel like the doctors and the hospital just dont care
