Hello and welcome to HCM,
Prolonged vaginal bleeding can occur due to hormonal imbalance, uterine fibroid(s), growth in the genital tract, etc.
Since, the hormonal tests are within normal range, an ultrasound abdomen is required to look for fibroid or growth in the genital tract.
In addition, an endometrial curretting or endometrial biopsy will also be required to know the status of endometrial glands and stroma.
Hyperplasia of the endometrium is one of the causes of prolonged bleeding.
In case endometrial hyperplasia is detected, suitable hormonal treatment can be prescribed.
You can take anti-spasmodic to control the pain.
Thus, consult your gynecologist at the earliest for further investigations.

Thanks and take care
