You are 26 years from Eritrea and have a problem in the left testicle, veins enlarge on the left side and the testicle drops and the right one will will be lifted.
This indicates you are suffering from the Varicocele and you may need surgery for correction.
till then apply scrotal support.
Get ultrasonography and color doppler for getting the proper diagnosis.
