What is the best treatment for moderate prostate enlargement. My dr wants tuna, which is good. There s a new uro lift that s promising, although not available extensively.. I won t do surgery (turp), as I am scared of being invasive, especially when other tigons are available. Marty s

I really appreciate your concern if you do not have any clinical symptom of enlarge prostrate then no need to go for either medical or surgical treatment, because the management of prostrate enlargement greatly depends upon the clinical complaint if there is moderate clinical sign then this can be treated with selective alpha1 antagonist called Terazosin, hope this information helps you have a nice day
