Suggest Treatment For Pseudofolliculitis

I am 30 year old women with pseudofolliculitis on legs, which looks very ugly and with skin having hundred of small brown dots and some big brown spots..please advise, whcih treatment is best, i have been taking oral medication and ointment as suggested by doc but no improvement in condition
