Helo Sir, iam using Wysolene 5mg twice a day, coz i have soriasis in my legs , From 2 years iam getting very big big pimples on my face and my back butucks, kindly suggest me for the treatment, and more iam very dark in colour , i need a good fairness cream too ........

Kindly avoid wysolone which is responsible for the acneiform eruptions. There are many other remedies for the psoriasis.
