Hi doctor I am having psoriasis some time this is on the penis , some time on arm and behind the ears , also on back (circular white patch ) , on head just like dendraff , the nature of inaction is , at the area of infection , The crust is like a burst (Snake skin that rises like Kechuli), and is open, the skin becomes sore after Likl Jane who is hurt Please suggest me any sufficient treatment My previously doctor prescribed clop g and i am using the same last 3 year this will gone continue use of the cream but when i stop again come . Hello As you mentioned that you are having PSORIASIS , so I will try to explain ,what is psoriasis and its treatment. This is a chronic inflammatory skin disorder clinically characterized by ERYTHEMATOUS sharply demarcated papules & rounded plaques, covered by silvery miraceous scale. The lesions are pruritis. The factors which exacerbate psoriasis including infections, stress, & medications ( lithium, beta blockers ,& anti malarials.) A topical vitamin "D" analogue & retinoid( TAZAROTENE). Methotraxate & cyclosporine are for serious cases. In my opinion consult a Dermatologist and get his opinion ( 2nd) as physical examination is important.Good luck.
