Suggest Treatment For Psoriatic Arthritis

i was recently diagnosed with psoiratic arthritis but think its wrong......should i be sick regularly, have involuntary movements or parathesis??
Im 33, female, 5foot 10 weigh about 11 stone. I was well until 8 months ago then from a swollen knee i deteriorated really quickly. in jan i was crippled by pain from my back and unable to walk but my inflammation markers were low. mri on knee and back showed nothing.
