Suggest Treatment For Pulled Hamstring

I am aged 33 male, weight is 70 kilos and height is 177 cm. forthe last 2 months i have been ssuffering from hamstring. i cant walk properly. i consult the doctor. i was told that it is not possible to fully recovered from the disease. i am a working guy and have to visit regurlary in the field. so the disease is hampering my work. please giv e me some suggtestions how could the desease could be relieved
