Suggest Treatment For Pulled Muscle In Labia Majora

I think I pulled a muscle by my labia majora. I squat down to pick up some things a while ago and then felt pain. I then changed into my pajama pants and felt more pain when I lifted one leg up. I took two Tylenol and have a heating pad. Is there anything I can do?

Hello,

Taking painkiller and heating pad will help in your situation. Fir better relief, you can switch to a muscle relaxant like Dan-MR (Paracetamol 500 mg + Dicolfenac sodium 50 mg + Chlorzoxazone 250 mg) twice a day for 5 days instead of just Tylenol. If Tylenol is giving you relief, you can continue with that too. Do not overwork the muscle for few days and local application of Diclogesic gel (Volini) may help too.

I hope this answer helps. Thank you for choosing HCM. I wish you heal faster!

Best,
Dr. Viraj Shah
