Suggest Treatment For Pulled Muscle In The Groin Area

I think I pulled a muscle in my groin while reaching upward while holding a 50lb bag on my shoulder. Its been 2 months and not getting better. I am making an appointment for it to be looked at, but what can be done for a pulled muscle that I haven t already tried

You have problem of pulled muscle at groin area.....

Take a rest and avoid over work out...
Cold can apply at pullled muscle region...

Ibuprofen help to reduce pain and specially swelling area...

After taking this much care still symptoms are present than consent a physician for further treatment. .

Streching exercise helpful for this condition....
