Suggest Treatment For Pulmonary Sarcoidosis With Mediastinal Lymph Nodes

i was diagnosed at 2011 as pulmonary sarcoidosis with mediastinal lymph nodes and i was treated with corticosteroids and lymph nodes disappeared yesterday i had xray and it showed accentuated bronchovascular marking does this means anything and should i perform a CT

Well come to HCM
Such prominent broncho vascular marking is not danger sign but this is indication of some of inflammatory process of broncus, some time underlying lung disease may be the reason of this, else this is nothing to worry, take care, have a nice day.
