ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You need to consult an ENT surgeon. He should do a diagnostic nasal endoscopy of the nose to see your nose and the back of the nose. He should examine your ear and voice box ear with the help of endoscopy, and then he will decide for the medicines.

He should do FNAC of swelling, ultrasound of the neck. After ruling out everything, then we make our treatment. You can start an antibiotic tablet Augmentin twice daily for 7 days.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Rajat Basak
