Suggest Treatment For Pulsatile Tinnitus

I have 3 symptoms that might be related. #1 I frequently can hear my pulse in my ears. I have checked my wrist pulse and the beats are the same. #2 I frequently have tingling in my legs upon standing. Sometimes I need to stop because they sometimes feel weak until the tingling passes. #3 Less frequently I sometimes have tingling in my arms. These 3 do not necessarily happen simultaneously, and the blood rushing in my ears I notice most during the night.
