Suggest Treatment For Pulsatile Tinnitus

Hello Doctor ,
My Name is Ritu Jaiswal Age 28 years , I am suffering from Pulse tile Tinnitus since one year , I have 2/3 doctors and have taken medicine also but of no help, one of the doctor said that it is not fully curable and i have to cope with this through out the life, Please help me because the sound which i hear in my left ear through out the day is very annoying and depressing .

it's like hearing aid .
it will make ur sound habituated.
and will make u unaware of the tinnitus .
consult an audiologist and try this device .
