Suggest Treatment For Pulsating Sensation In The Arm

I have a very strong almost pulsation in my left upper arm it is so strong it's almost like I'm flinching my muscle but I'm not, it's moving very strongly on it's own, if I press on it it just carries on and it's getting a lot stronger been going on for the last 15 minuites
