Suggest Treatment For Pulsating Sensation In The Head

I am a 32 year old male, 6'2" 185 pounds. For the past week I've been experiencing a pulsing sensation on the crown of my head. The episodes are intermittent, however yesterday I noticed it more pronounced when exercising. I have no other symptoms. I have taken my blood pressure using an Omron home monitor at various times (when experiencing the sensation and when not) and the readings have consistently been under 125/80.
