Suggest Treatment For Purplish Red Bump Under Armpit And Breast
First before I started. My English is not perfect. Please bear with me. I have this bump red outside and purple in the center in the middle of my underarm and breast. They are pain when touch. Before the bump gets big it was like pimple? I squeezed to get white stuff out and I thought it was taken care of but the bump growing and it becomes red and purple. What can I heal this with?
Hi, i do care for your concern. your history suggest more of an abscess. i would suggest 1) To start on antibiotic such as cefexime and continue for full course of 5days along with antacid. 2) Consult your nearby physician, and get drained the abscess under strict aseptic condition, as this would fasten the recovery. 3) To not attempt to drain by yourself as you can introduce pathogens and adds to infection. 4) Maintain adequate hygiene, use antiseptic containing soap, keeping the region moist free would help a lot. Hope I have answered your question. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help. thank you.
