Suggest Treatment For Pus Discharge After A Mosquito Bite

Hello, my son got bitten by a mosquito a few days ago. Today the skin next to the bite was peeled. We cleaned the skin and put some isobetadine (French disinfectant). We put a bandage for the day. Now this evening, the skin around where it was peeled is hard and some water is seeping. Is it normal?

Hi,
It seems that due to mosquito bite there is localized allergic reaction with some super added bacterial infection producing this lesion.
Clean local part with warm water and continue cream or triple action cream.
Give him Benadryl or cetrizine for 2-3 days.
Ok and take care.
