Suggest Treatment For Pus Filled Blister Near Testicles

Ok last night my brother called me and said he busted or burst a huge pimple under his sack texted me a picture of dark grey like almost black pus why was it black and does he me a Doctors appt.

Hi, If I were his Doctor for this case of a testicular/perineal blister, I would come up with only one and one possibility that is a sebaceous cyst! Nothing to worry about this and try not to get infected there!

The black pus is due to melanin pigment or recurrent bleeding into the cyst...

I suggest you to go for an FNAC test of the lump for confirmation and to relieve your concerns!
