Suggest Treatment For Pus Filled Bump On Knee

My two year old had a bump under her knee cap at first with a slight pin sized black dot in the middle then white puss circle around it. It popped and puss and blood came from it. I used antibiotic ointment on it the a bandage...did i do the right thing. I m very concerned.

give her systemic antibiotic and topical antibiotic
wait for 2 days
if not resolve go for dermatologist
