Suggest Treatment For Pus Filled Bumps Under The Skin On The Bottom

hi there, I've been having trouble with my bottom for as long as I can remember. I've always gotten these hard bumps, sometimes they are painful, but other times they are not. They feel like a ball kinda. Its under my skin, and they occur on the lower part of my bottom, mostly closer to the crease. When they pop its usually some liquid like puss and then blood. It really bothers me knowing that I have these because its embarrassing, they leave scars as well. And sometimes I get little red bumps too. Also I sometimes get the little red bumps on the outside of my crotch. Please help.
