Suggest Treatment For Pus Filled Lump Near Anus

I have a small pea shaped pimple/lump near my anus. It causes discomfort usually when I sit down. Its been two days since I discovered this. I think its full of pus, as I had applied hot water and it shrunk a bit. What are my best next steps I should take ?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, here the possibility of pile need to be ruled out and I think without the clinical examination it may not be possible, else there may not be any limit for other possibilities like abscess formation, boil, lymph node, anorectal fistula formation and others till then it can be managed with analgesic and antibiotic, (Tab Ibuprofen 400 mg three times in day and Tab Amoxicillin 500 mg three times in day for 7 days ) hope this information helps take care and have a nice day.
I find this answer helpful
