Dermatologist 's  Response
Hello,

I can understand your concern for pus filled pimples on legs. I can make out the possibility of Ingrown hair due to infection of the hair root by bacteria.

I require good resolution picture to give you exact diagnosis. For the above you can meet a dermatologist also for best possible diagnosis & treatment.
In your kind of cases I prefer to give a course of oral antibiotics such as cefixime or amoxicillin or ciprofloxacin after culture and sensitivity of the pus.
For the pain sensation if any I suggest my patients to take paracetamol or diclofenac for once or twice daily.

Till that time I suggest you to not to pinch, pop or scratch the area. Keep the area dry and wear cotton garments. Do not get exposed to extremes of environment and protect yourself from more infection. Also do not attempt any home remedies as can leas to further aggravation of the problem.

Take care.
