Suggest Treatment For Pus Filled Pimples On The Hip Region

Hi,very often i get tiny pus formed pimples on my hips and when i touch the skin i get the feel of blunt thorns. Hips has scar marks, have black spots almost 75% on hips and looks ugly. Please help me with this. I am facing this problem since 8-9 years

Please use antibiotics creams like those containing Clindamycin for the acne problem. maintain good hygiene and ventilate the affected areas properly.For scars, you might have to go for some intervention.
