Hello, I I just saw that there are small small formation on the outer layer of the testicle, I believe it is filled with pus and this is the first time I have experienced it. when I pressed it I could see puss coming out, please advise next course of action as I am worried about it and I am a bachelor,

Hello,

Consult a general surgeon and get evaluated. All pus and sloughed tissues must be removed.Antibiotics preferably ciprofloxacin can be taken for seven days. You can also apply topical antibiotics like mupirocin. An ultrasound of the scrotum is required to look for any inward extension.
