Suggest Treatment For Pus From The Site Where Wisdom Tooth Was Extracted

I had a wisdom tooth extracted 7 days ago, they went threw my sinus canal.
Now I have what looks like a large amount of pus coming out of the extraction sight, with a throbbing pain. Doesn't look like dry socket ( from what I can tell). I have been on antibiotics for 5 weeks now. Also I have ear pain, stiff jaw, stuffy nose, and pain still under my eye.

Hi.
Welcome to HCM..

As per your complain pus discharge from wisdom tooth extraction site that also involved the sinus and also having symptoms of ear pain, stiff jaw, stuffy nose, and pain still under eye are all indicative of sinus infection secondary to wisdom tooth extraction..
At times if you have got upper back tooth extraction and at times the roots of the molars and wisdom tooth lies close to the sinuses there can be perforation of sinus floor and can infect the sinus if the tooth is also infected..
Consult an Oral Surgeon or an ENT expert and get evaluated and the exact cause of the pus discharge can be ruled out and treated accordingly..
Pus drainage followed by a course of antibiotics, anti-inflammatory painkillers like Ibuprofen and doing warm saline gargles can help..
If there is sinus infection steam inhalations and also decongestant nasal sprays will relieve..

Hope this helps..

Regards..
