Suggest Treatment For Puss Discharge From Surgical Wound

Hello a year back I had surgry of hemorodes and fistula in ano, I still see purs coming out from the small wound I don t feel pain but after using the toilet , I feel some pain upto when purs come out and I get relief. Which medicine can I use without more surgry

Hi,
Looking to the history it seems that there might be recurring of fistula in ano producing drainage of sinuses.
During surgery if one sinus is not drained then there is chance of recurring fistula again.
You might require surgery again.
consult your treating surgeon and get examined.
