Suggest Treatment For Puss Filled Boils Near The Eyelids

I am getting boils filled with puss near my eyelids frequently during last one month what can i do to avoid this ? Is there some specific kind of diet i should follow ? I eat eggs more freqently (2 to 3 eggs per week ) could this be reason for boils ?
