Suggest Treatment For Quivering Ears And Heavy Breathing Sound

I went to an ENT as I have been having issues with the quivering ears and hearing myself breath at times and when talking having it sound to myself like my head in a bucket. The issue continues and when I am sleeping the ear cannel is quivering and at times the the right ear is aches for a bit? Your thoughts. 61 year old male, 6 -3 about 200 pounds.

This is due to eustachian tube dysfunction causing negative pressure in the middle ear.
Steam inhalation daily twice may be helpful. Oral and local decongestant nasal drops + decongestant tablet twice daily for 3 to 5 days. If symptoms persists, then please consult with your doctor and get evaluated. Hope my answers have helped you. Thanks.
