Suggest Treatment For "L4-L5 Disc Desiccation With Height Reduction"

I am from trichur,kerala,having back pain and my left leg has getting pain and difficult to walk.I consulted neuro surgeon Dr.Ram kumar menon,thrissur who suggested for MRI and as per impression of MRI;L4-L5 disc is desiccated with height reduction.Annular tear posterocentral protrusion at L4-L5 level causing thecal sac and bilateral traversing L5 nerve root compression(R>L).No significant neural foraminal narrowing seen. and no evidence of demyelination.In this condition docter suggested spinal surgeory.I am very much fed up with this result.Since I am at my age of 46,working in a pvt.co,and shouldering whole my family members,I affriad if anything happen during surgeory,my life will be spoiled.In this stage I humbly asking you advise in this matter.Hope you will consider my pain.Thanking you,Yours sincerelly,V.Santhosh kumar.( YYYY@YYYY )
