Suggest Treatment For "early Degeneration Disease, Slight Disc Bulge L4-L5/L5-S1 Disc"

hi sir this is sunil kumar. i m suffering fm back & left leg pain fm past some time. x-ray revealed early degeneration disease & slight disc bulge L4-L5 & L5-S1 disc. d pain is dere fm last 6 months. can this disease be treated. i desperately want 2 get rid of this pain
