Suggest Treatment For "sclerosis At Lateral Margin Of Acromian" On Shoulder X-ray

My x-ray shoulder reveals, there is sclerosis seen at the lateral margin of the acromion, with slight cortical irregularity. There is persistent visualisation of the physis of the proximal humerus. A small protuberance is seen at its medial margin in the region of the head, which could represent an osteophyte. Whom should i consult for this problem.
