Suggest Treatment For Radiating Chest Pain Along With Recurrent Fever

Hi, i was sick for a week and i get recurring fevers and it seems normal but today when i cough i feel a sharp pain in my chest, and then i stinging pain that radiates in my whole body. if i remember correctly from my meagre knowledge of health, the stinging is caused by a bacterial poison. Should i be concerned?
