Suggest Treatment For Radiating Pain From Elbow To Finger

hi...i am 24 years old guy...last night i consumed alcohol (vodka) after a long time say about 1.5 months. Already Suffering from a little pain in my right elbow when i got up today morning after a short sleep of just 4 hours my entire has been in real pain. Moreover the pain is extended almost from the shoulders to finger tip. Ignorning it when i took some rest in the afternoon n suddenly got up after an hour because of unbearable pain and this time not just my right hand also my left paining equally. I can see swelling happening and tried soaking hands in luke warm salt water but not helped much....please help
