Suggest Treatment For Radiating Pain From The Buttock To Thigh

I have had a pain starting in my left buttocks and going down to the top of my thigh. It s been going on for two months now. The pain is not bad when sitting or lying down but when I bend or strangely sneeze while sitting it s very painful. It also hurts after standing from the sitting position. Any ideas?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, it must be muscular spasm some time it may be due to spinal degenerative disease of spinal disc and better to get done MRI if the pain continue even after the conservative management, or taking NSAID hope this information helps.
