Suggest Treatment For Radiating Pain In My Upper Back
I have radiating pain in my upper back sometimes in my ribs on both sides of my body .i know I have stenosis in4 cervical discs. However I also have itching in my upper back and even chest. Mild rash. Can the rah or itchiness be related to the cervical disc problem? I also have eczema but this is different. There are no blisters. What is causing the itchiness?

Your symptoms seem to be related to shingles. I suggest using anti-inflammatory medications such as Ibuprofen 400 mg three times a day to relieve the pain. I also suggest using Acyclovir cream for local application in the rash area.
