Suggest Treatment For Radiation Burns On The Outside Vaginal Area

Our 87 year old Aunt took internal / external radiation for vaginal cancer one year ago and is now experiencing radiation burns on the outside vaginal area and a couple sores internally. It's painful for her to sit and burns badly when she urinates. She is using a numbing gel, but is still in lots of discomfort, any suggestions? thanks.
